The Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC), Division of Solid Waste Management (DSWM), will conduct a public hearing Tuesday, July 1, 2025, to receive comments on its tentative decision to issue a solid waste disposal facility permit major modification for the Smith County Class I Landfill (SNL800000227), lateral expansion.

A public hearing to offer comments on Tennessee’s Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) draft application. The CSBG plan is developed every two years by the Tennessee Department of Human Services in conjunction with the Tennessee Association of Community Action (TACA) and its member agencies.
