This committee hears disputes on medical bill payments between providers and insurers and advises the administrator on issues relating to the medical fee schedule and medical care cost containment in the workers’ compensation system.

The Tennessee Child Care Taskforce was created to help improve the quality, affordability, and access of childcare in Tennessee. As part of its mission, the board meets monthly to develop Tennessee’s strategic plan to address childcare challenges.

State Building Commission
