Below you will find links to most of the online data and tools available from our divisions, including reports, search tools, and online renewal tools. Not all of our divisions offer these tools, so if you don't find a tool listed, it is likely not available for that Division at this time.

If you need assistance obtaining data, applying for a license, renewing a license, or any other assistance, please contact the related division directly. The related division will have the most current information and be best able to assist you.

For example, if you need further Insurance information, you would contact the Insurance Division; if you need further Regulatory Board or Commission-related information, you would contact the individual board or commission, or the main Regulatory Boards office.

Regulatory Boards Division: Find contact information for all programs, along with answers to frequently asked questions, applicant/licensee resources, public meeting information, rules and laws, and consumer resources.

CORE Dashboard - Apply, Manage, or Renew a License or Credential: To apply for a license, start by creating a CORE account. To renew, reinstate, or manage your license or credential, log in to your CORE account.

Verify Public Search: Use this public tool to look up a professional license, credential, or registration for an individual or business. You can check license status, view expiration dates, and see any public disciplinary actions. Search results are updated daily to provide accurate, up-to-date information that helps consumers make informed decisions.

File a Complaint: Consumers are encouraged to file complaints with the Department of Commerce and Insurance when they feel they have been the victim of an unfair or deceptive business practice, witness unlicensed activity, or see suspected misconduct or other violations of the law or rules. Please note that this office cannot provide legal advice or represent private individuals who seek refunds or reimbursements.

Disciplinary Action Report: View formal actions taken against professionals, including suspensions, revocations, fines, or other penalties for violations of laws or regulations. This report promotes transparency and helps protect the public.
