Private Investigation & Polygraph
The Private Investigation and Polygraph Commission meets regularly to handle the duties allocated by statute, including private investigator, private investigation company, and polygraph examiner license determination, as well as the review of Administrative Rule changes and disciplinary actions resulting from complaints against licensees.
These meetings are open to the public, as prescribed by the Tennessee Sunshine Law, and the Commission members welcome your attendance. If you wish to address the Commission at one of these meetings, please contact the Administrative Office to have your name placed on the agenda for a specific meeting.
