The Private Investigation and Polygraph Commission meets regularly to handle the duties allocated by statute, including private investigator, private investigation company, and polygraph examiner license determination, as well as the review of Administrative Rule changes and disciplinary actions resulting from complaints against licensees.

These meetings are open to the public, as prescribed by the Tennessee Sunshine Law, and the Commission members welcome your attendance. If you wish to address the Commission at one of these meetings, please contact the Administrative Office to have your name placed on the agenda for a specific meeting.

ATTENTION: Be advised, even if you are located in another state, if you advertise, solicit, sell or otherwise provide any of the services described in Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 62, Chapter 26, or Title 62, Chapter 27 in Tennessee or to Tennessee residents, you may be subject to the requirements contained therein, as well as any rules and/or policies promulgated there under.
