Annual Sales Report Forms

You can view submissions of Annual Sales Reports by following the link above.

Should you have Motor Vehicle Dealers in your area that do not have access to a computer, they can fill out the paper form found below. Otherwise, this report should be submitted online at core.tn.gov.

If this form is being filled out after February 15, it must be completed by the dealer, and the late fee of $100 must be sent to:

Dealers cannot purchase dealer plates without submitting the Annual Sales Report. Reports filed after February 15 incur a $100 late fee, which must be paid before eligibility is restored. Online submissions and payments will appear on the Annual Sales Report List within 24 hours.
