Education Provider and Courses

Education Provider

Prior to applying for education courses, the person or entity wishing to conduct a course for qualifying or continuing education credit must first register as an education provider by completing the “Initial Education Provider” application online at core.tn.gov. A provider registration never expires. There is no fee to apply.
 

Courses: Qualifying Education (QE) and Continuing Education (CE)

Complete the “Initial Home Inspector Course” application online at core.tn.gov. The fee for the application is $50.

A separate application must be filed for each course submitted for approval. Each application must be accompanied by the following:

1.       Instructor(s) resume and/or bio.

2.       A timed course outline with a course description.

3.       Any other supporting documentation.
