Renewal, Reinstatement, & Other Resources

Court Reporting Program

License renewals are due by June 30th. The grace period for your license is 6 months.

Effective May 1st, we will enter another regularly scheduled biennial renewal period. Remember, you must complete your CE and submit your renewal application through your online CORE account by no later than June 30th. Reminders will be sent out during the first week of May, but you will be permitted to submit your renewal application as early as May 1st and attest to the completion of your CE. We no longer require that you attach your CE to your renewal application, but you must have completed it and attest to that fact at the time of your application.

Renewed licenses could take 7 to 10 days to get to your mailing address.

How to Renew an Active License

1. Renewal Application (CORE)

2. CE Requirements: 20 hours of continuing education (2.0 CEUs) taken during the last renewal cycle. CE is verified by Random Audit and is not required to be added to the application at either completion of the course or renewal. You should maintain your evidence of CE for at least two renewal cycles (4 years) in the event of an audit.

3. Fee, $200 $20 late fee per month or part thereof (up to 6 months)
