Corporations, Partnerships, and Firms

Corporations, partnerships, and firms practicing or offering to practice architecture, engineering, and/or landscape architecture in the State of Tennessee must file a disclosure form listing the principals and officers and the registrant in responsible charge of the firm’s Tennessee practice, in accordance with T.C.A. 62-2-601 and 62-2-602, and Chapter 0120-06 of the Rules of the State Board of Architectural and Engineering Examiners.
