There is a collective need for the funeral and cemetery profession to take steps to keep families, guests, staff, and others safe to enable families to participate in memorial events that are of utmost importance to them.

NASHVILLE – The Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance (TDCI) Securities Division is participating in the North American Securities Administrators Association (NASAA) COVID-19 Enforcement Task Force. Consisting of state and provincial securities regulators, the COVID-19 Enforcement Task Force will identify and stop potential threats to investors stemming from the COVID-19 pandemic.

NASHVILLE – In order to stop the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, Tennesseans are now required by Governor Bill Lee to stay home unless carrying out essential activities.

NASHVILLE – In an effort to aid Tennessee consumers, business owners and employees affected by the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the Tennessee Department of Commerce & Insurance (TDCI) requests that licensed insurance companies in Tennessee work with restaurants and employees to ensure that restaurant employees now engaged in delivering food options during the pandemic are fully insured either under their personal automobile policy or via a restaurant’s commercial automobile policy.
