Kyle Evans serves as the Fire Data/NERIS Program Manager where he leads statewide training and outreach initiatives to support fire departments in data reporting and system adoption. Mr. Evans oversees statewide fire incident reporting through the National Fire Incident Reporting System (NFIRS) and is leading the Department's transition to the National Emergency Reporting Information System (NERIS).

Mr. Evans brings over 15 years of experience in data systems, program management, and quality assurance, including a distinguished career in the U.S. Marine Corps.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science with a focus on sustainability from Tennessee Technological University.
