Adam Wodzinski is a Community Risk Reduction Coordinator with the Education and Outreach section of the SFMO. In this role, he leads statewide efforts to promote fire safety, public education, and community risk reduction initiatives, serving as Tennessee’s representative to both the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Public Education Section and the Tennessee Public Fire Educators Association.

Mr. Wodzinski is a retired Captain from the New York City Fire Department (FDNY), where he served with distinction for over 19 years, dedicating his entire career to the borough of Brooklyn while residing in Staten Island. Notably, he made FDNY history as the first Uniformed Director of the FDNY Fire Cadet Academy, playing a pivotal role in shaping the FDNY's next generation of firefighters.

Adam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from St. John’s University and continues to advocate for public safety through education, outreach, and community engagement.
