Case management is still ongoing. Mentors will need to send Class 5 mentor reports through December 5th using the portal. They can reach out to Toni Scruggs via her email at Toni.Scruggs@tn.gov or by cell at 615-571-0328, if they have any questions or comments. Mentors will also need to provide placement documents through December 5th. They will be due each month by the 15th. They should include work, check stubs, and grades for class 5.
