Nashville, Tennessee — A Tennessee man wanted in Chicago, Illinois, on several charges, including attempted first-degree murder, is in custody in Hamilton County.

On Tuesday, September 25, 2007, Trooper William Collins investigated a crash that occurred at 5600 Little Debbie Parkway in Collegedale, TN. A dump truck hit a railroad trestle at that location, and its driver, 52-year-old Mel W. Frazier of Apison, TN, suffered minor injuries.
