NASHVILLE - The Special Investigations Section of the Tennessee Department of Revenue conducted the investigation that led to the indictment and arrest of Billy Raynor, who is the principal officer of Farmer’s Family Restaurant in Columbia. Revenue special agents arrested Raynor, 65, at his home today. Bond was set at $25,000.
