The Tennessee Department of Agriculture will celebrate Weights and Measures week March 1-7, 2016. The responsibilities of weights and measures inspectors have expanded beyond the simple scales and meters and now include much more than meets the eye. “The technology in today’s marketplace is constantly changing,” Commissioner Julius Johnson said.
