NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Today, Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee released 2024 highlights and accomplishments that have contributed to greater opportunity, security and freedom for all Tennesseans.

NASHVILLE--Tennessee Department of Financial Institutions Commissioner Greg Gonzales announced today that the maximum effective formula rate of interest in Tennessee is 11.50 percent per annum.
