NASHVILLE – Tennessee Gov. Bill Haslam today appointed Michael E. Spitzer as Circuit Court Judge for the 21st Judicial District, which serves Hickman, Lewis, Perry, and Williamson counties. The appointment fills the new trial court judgeship established by the Tennessee General Assembly earlier this year.

NASHVILLE – The Tennessee Department of Commerce & Insurance (TDCI) announces that TDCI Assistant Commissioner of Securities Frank Borger-Gilligan has been selected as President-Elect of the North American Securities Administrators Association (NASAA) for the 2018-19 term.
