The Joint Audit Committee for the Chairs of Excellence Endowment Trust Fund Board of Trustees and the College Savings Trust Fund Program Board of Trustees will meet at 10:45 a.m. (CT) on Tuesday, October 7, 2025.

The Division of Solid Waste Management has filed a Notice of Rulemaking Hearing with the TN Secretary of State's office. DSWM proposes to amend Part 16 of subparagraph (c) of paragraph (3) of Rule 0400-11-01-.09 Waste Reduction and Planning. A redlined version of the rule and a signed copy are available to assist public review. Comments are due by October 7, 2025, at 4:30 pm CST. The hearing will be held at 11:00 AM CDT on the 1st Floor in Conference Room 1B of the Davy Crockett Tower, 500 James Robertson Parkway, Nashville, TN 37243 and there will also be computer conferenced via Microsoft Teams with citizens across the state.
