  • Tennessee Board of Claims Meeting

    December 7, 2020, from 9:00 am to 10:00 am CST

    The Board of Claims will meet at 9 a.m. (Central Time) December 7, 2020 via WebEx. In the interest of public safety and welfare, this meeting will be held by electronic means only and will not occur in a physical location. The Board of Claims will consider the following: • Statement of Necessity; • Review and Approval of Minutes of October 13, 2020 meeting; • SAS Actuarial Report; • Defense Counsel Report; • Opportunity for Public Comment; and • Other Business The meeting will be conducted permitting participation by electronic or other means of communications pursuant to T.C.A. § 8-44-108.     The Collegiate Recovery Initiative aims to create recovery-friendly campuses across the state where students can participate fully in their education while supporting their recovery from substance use. This event will talk about the issue, discuss the initiative, and share information on how you can get involved.
