The Medical Payment Committee is comprised of seven voting members appointed by the administrator. Three members represent the medical provider industry, three members represent the workers’ compensation insurance industry, and the medical director serves as the final member of the committee. The committee shall hear disputes on medical bill payments between providers and insurers and advise the administrator on issues relating to the medical fee schedule and medical care cost containment in the workers’ compensation system.

The Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) will conduct a Design Public Meeting on October 23, 2018 in the Larry Keaton Theatre, Fifty Forward Donelson Station, 108 Donelson Pike, Nashville, TN 37214 to discuss the proposed I-40/Donelson Pike (SR-255) interchange and relocation project adjacent to the Nashville International Airport in Nashville, Davidson County

The Medical Advisory Committee is comprised of practitioners in the medical community having experience in the treatment of workers’ compensation injuries, representatives of the insurance industry, employer representatives, and employee representatives to assist the administrator in the development of the treatment guidelines and advise the administrator on issues relating to medical care in the Workers’ Compensation system
