  • Public Meeting - Residential Community Transition

    November 18, 2016, from 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm CST

    The Department will be changing the Residential Community Transition policy, # 80.4.7. The purpose of this policy is to clarify the residential community transition process requirements for people enrolled in one of the State’s 1915(c) Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) Waivers or state-funded services.
