You can check license status, view expiration dates, and see any public disciplinary actions. Search results are updated daily to provide accurate, up-to-date information that helps consumers make informed decisions.
File a Complaint: Consumers are encouraged to file complaints with the Department of Commerce and Insurance when they feel they have been the victim of an unfair or deceptive business practice, witness unlicensed activity or see suspected misconduct or other violations of respective law or rules. Please note, this office cannot provide legal advice or represent private individuals who seek refunds or reimbursements.
Disciplinary Action Report: View formal actions taken against professionals, including suspensions, revocations, fines, or other penalties for violations of laws or regulations. This report promotes transparency and helps protect the public.
