Real Estate Appraiser CommissionNotification Options Are Now Available!
You can now get notifications from your licensing board or commission related to the following:
New or Amended Statutes - New or Updated Rules
Changes to Fees - Rulemaking Hearings related to Fees
Significant Changes Impacting Your License - Changes to Policies
Requirements to become licensed or certified changed January 1, 2015. The commission shall require each applicant applying on or after January 1, 2015, for initial registration, licensure, or certification under this chapter to submit a full set of the applicant's fingerprints and will conduct a background check. Please see T.C.A. 62-39-102 to see who will be required to get a background check before application.
