NOTE: Failure to remit fees by the expiration date will result in a penalty fee being assessed. All penalties are strictly enforced and are never waived. Additionally, no refunds will be processed for fees paid as a result of a failure to follow directions listed within the licensure requirements.

Renewal Information

Renewals can be done online at core.tn.gov.

Renewals require the same documentation submitted during the initial application process. While there are no late fees assessed, renewal applications do expire after six (6) months.

Change of Address

This is completed through your CORE account. Once signed in, select the "Update License or Permit" tile within the Quick Actions menu. A new screen will appear where you can select what information needs to be updated. Click "Select" and proceed with the online instructions. There is no fee associated with this request.

Retirement Information

There is no retirement option for these license types.
