Court Reporting Program

Purpose

The Court Reporting program was created in 2009 to regulate court reporters in the State of Tennessee with several noted exemptions. The current requirements for the licensure can be found in Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 20, Chapter 9, Part 6.

Mission

The mission of the Court Reporting program is to protect the public health, safety and welfare through the regulation of court reporters.
