Electrical Engineer Registry

Pursuant to Tenn. Code Ann. § 68-120-118, the State Fire Marshal’s Office (SFMO) will publish and maintain a registry of engineers who have elected to conduct electrical inspections for an exempt jurisdiction.

Engineer Reports for Electrical Installations

• Service Release Inspection Form
• Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Inspection Form
• Rough-In Inspection Form
• Final Inspection Form
