The Emergency Communications Board (the Board) is holding a board meeting on April 3, 2024.
The Board’s meeting will be streamed for the public and can be viewed live at: https://dgs.streamingvideo.tn.gov/Mediasite/Play/cbde06a01c39493b9ee6e663a126dc3e1d or accessed immediately upon conclusion of the meeting.
Board business will be discussed and voted upon in its entirety at the meeting. The Board’s agenda shall be released no less than five (5) days prior to meeting date. Request to speak on agenda items request form will also be in attachment, which may be submitted by email or fax to Staff at least two (2) hours before the public meeting is to convene.
If any details regarding this upcoming public meeting change, a supplemental notice will be released.
Board meetings will be conducted by permitting participation of the Board members by electronic or other means of communication if necessary. Any member participation by electronic means shall be audible to the public at the location specified above. The Department of Commerce and Insurance is committed to principles of equal access.
