The Tennessee Emergency Communications Board (the Board) will hold two (2) meetings of the Distribution Formula Review Committee (the Committee), the first on December 20, 2024, and the second on January 10, 2025. At these meetings, the Committee will discuss how to change and what to change regarding the current distribution formula of 911 surcharge revenue. No other business shall be discussed or voted upon at this Committee meeting.

Committee meetings will be conducted in person but also permit participation of the Committee members by electronic or other means of communication if necessary. Members of the public may attend and participate in person or attend remotely via the appropriate online meeting link. Upon request, a member of the public may participate in the meeting by electronic means. Any Committee member or member of the public participating by electronic means shall be audible to the public at the location specified above.
