Elizabeth Lamotte
On April 14, 1985, the body of a young female was found partially decomposed along Interstate 81 in Greene County near Exit 44. TBI Special Agents joined the Greene County Sheriff’s Office in investigating the case, which was ruled a homicide. Autopsy results revealed the victim died approximately three weeks before her body was discovered. Authorities were unable to determine the identity of the victim, and she was listed as a Jane Doe. It would be 33 years before the victim was positively identified.
In November 2018, TBI Agents were notified about a match to the victim’s DNA profile. She was identified as 17-year-old Elizabeth Lamotte, who was missing from New Hampshire.
TBI Special Agents are asking for the public’s help to develop new leads in the case. Anyone with information regarding Elizabeth Lamotte’s murder, specifically knowledge about individuals she may have been with in the days before she died, is asked to call the TBI at 1-800-TBI-FIND.

Samantha Nicole Dial/Hankins & Robert Williams
Robert W. Williams, of Hartford, Kentucky, and Samantha Nicole Dial/Hankins, of Goodlettsville, Tennessee, were found deceased in a burned car in an area off Great River Road in Dyer County, on February 2, 2019. Special Agents believe the person or people responsible may have suffered unexplained burns or injuries. This could also include unexplained changes in hairstyles, particularly the length of a person’s hair.
A reward of up to $5,000 is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the individual(s) responsible. Call 1-800-762-3017 or 1-800-TBI-FIND.

Michael Marbry
Michael Todd Marbry has not been seen since August 6, 2019, when he was spotted in Ripley in Lauderdale County. Marbry is 52 years old. He is 5’11” and 170 lbs. He has gray hair and hazel eyes.

Kristie Wilson & Henry Wilson
CASE UPDATE
In November 2021, the Overton County Grand Jury returned indictments, charging Ryan Bo Cravens and his father, Robert Cravens, in connection to the deaths of Kristie Wilson and Henry Wilson.
Kristie Wilson and Henry Wilson, from Cookeville, were last seen May 9, 2018, at Kristie's aunt's house in Monterey, TN and haven't been seen since.
Kristie and Henry's grey Nissan Sentra was found on September 28, 2018, down an embankment in Fentress County.
Kristie Wilson is 40 years old, stands 5'3", and weighs approximately 175 lbs. She has blonde hair, hazel eyes, and wears glasses. She was wearing a right leg brace when she went missing.
Henry Wilson is 47 years old. He's 5'11" and weighs approximately 160 lbs. He has blue eyes, is balding, and often wears a ball cap.
Kristie Wilson and Henry Wilson have the same last name, but are not married, and their last residence was on East Spring Street in Cookeville. If you have any information about them, or their disappearance, please call 1-800-TBI-FIND.
Donald Lawton
TBI Special Agents, working alongside detectives with the Sevierville Police Department, continue to investigate the homicide of 71-year-old Donald Lawton. On December 20, 2015, officers with the Sevierville Police Department responded to a reported robbery at the Great Smokies Flea Market on West Dumplin Road, which is located just off Interstate 40 near Exit 407. During the robbery, Donald Lawton was badly beaten and then struck by a vehicle. He later died from those injuries.
Surveillance video obtained from the business shows two individuals, a male and female, identified as persons of interest in this investigation. Additionally, TBI Forensic Scientists were able to use the video to create a composite sketch of the female subject.
There has not been an arrest in this case, and the TBI is urging anyone with information about the individuals in the video, or the case in general, to call 1-800-TBI-FIND.
