The TennCare Oversight Division analyzes the TennCare Managed Care Companies’ (MCCs’) NAIC financial statements, claims data, and trends in provider complaints and request for independent review of disputed claims to ensure the MCCs are financially solvent and operating in compliance with statutory and contractual requirements.
