Hotel Info 

The Embassy Suites Nashville SE–Murfreesboro is located at 1200 Conference Center Blvd., Murfreesboro, TN 37129. The hotel is approximately 35 minutes from Nashville International Airport (BNA) and about 30 minutes from downtown Nashville.

A block of rooms has not yet been reserved for the 2026 conference.

For reference, the 2025 rates were approximately $184/night for a king room and $197/night for a room with two queen beds, plus applicable taxes. Once the 2026 room block is secured, it will be available for a limited time—typically from April through mid-May, or until all rooms are booked.A special reservation link will be posted here in early 2026 to access the discounted group rate.

Booking a hotel room does not include admission to the conference.
