Yates Services Recruiting Workers for Nissan Smyrna Plant

NASHVILLE – Yates Services, LLC, is looking for employees to fill long-term, full-time off shift positions at the Nissan Vehicle Manufacturing Plant in Smyrna.


The company is hiring for nights, afternoons, weekends, and rotating shifts for the following positions:

  • Assembly/Production – $15.25 progressing to $19.25 off shift
  • Material Handling – forklift experience required; $13.25 progressing to $15.75 off shift
  • Industrial Maintenance – graduate and have a diploma through an Industrial Maintenance course; off shift starting pay rate $15.45 progressing to $28.25
  • Tool and Die Maker – experience required (welding, CNC, hand grinding)
  • Warehouse/Production Support – off shift starting pay rate $12.00 progressing to $13.25

Job requirements: Qualified job candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and must speak, read, and write fluent English. Qualified candidates will have a verifiable, stable work history and/or verifiable high school attendance record. Any manufacturing experience is a plus. Nissan is a drug-free/tobacco-free workplace.
