NASHVILLE—Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development Commissioner Bill Hagerty along with Integrity Tool & Mold, Inc. officials announced an expansion of the company’s operations in Pulaski, Tenn. Integrity will build a new 42,850 square foot engineering and manufacturing facility at 301 Integrity Lane, which will replace their current location at 1770 Braly Lane. The expansion represents a $6.3 million investment and will create 45 new jobs.

“When established companies choose to reinvest with our state, they are paying Tennessee the highest compliment while further strengthening the surrounding communities' economies,” Hagerty said. “Integrity is a prime example of how Tennessee’s business-friendly climate and exceptional infrastructure allow companies to grow and expand, serving customers all over the world. Integrity is a valued corporate citizen and I am grateful for the new jobs they will bring to Giles County.”

“Integrity is very excited to complete the expansion in the state of Tennessee,” Integrity Corporate General Manager Scott Allen said. “The automotive upturn in the area has made this an easy decision for further investment and thanks to the state and local governments’ assistance, we are able to move forward on this high tech state of the art facility”

“This new facility with increased floor space will allow for additional equipment that captures all of the latest technology possible, allowing for more complex and higher tech injection mold construction than possible in the past,” Allen added. “The new layout will allow for increased throughput, increased employment, reduced manufacturing costs and strengthened sustainability."

The new location will provide 42,850 square feet of engineering and manufacturing space—an increase of more than 22,000 square feet—at the 10-acre site on Integrity Lane. The increased floor space will allow for additional equipment with a methodical process. The new layout will allow for increased production, reduced manufacturing costs and strengthened sustainability.

"Integrity's decision to expand in Pulaski/Giles County is certainly a reflection on our competent workforce and the positive business environment we have built in Pulaski and Giles County,” Pulaski Mayor Pat Ford said. “Integrity's success story is remarkable, locating in Pulaski in 2007 with three employees and today they employ over 50 and continue growing with a new ‘state of the art’ building. I would like to thank everyone who worked to make this project happen and a special thanks to the State of Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development and the South Central Tennessee Development District".

"As Giles County Executive I am always proud when a member of our Industrial family expands and particularly proud when a new building is being constructed,” Giles County Mayor Janet Vanzant said. “It is very important that our existing industries are successful and continue to grow. Giles County is proud of Integrity and on behalf of the Citizens of Giles County we wish you continued success".

“The Economic Development Commission has been very proud of Integrity's success since locating in Giles County in 2007,” Pulaski and Giles County Economic Development Commission Executive Director Dan Speer said. “It has been my pleasure to work with Scott Allen and his staff and watch them grow through the development of superior workmanship and customer service. This expansion will allow Integrity to expand its manufacturing capabilities and better serve existing customers.”
