Tennessee Department of Veterans Affairs to Host Veterans Outreach Event for Monroe and Loudon Counties

NASHVILLE – Tennessee Department of Veterans Affairs (TDVA) is partnering with the Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development, United States Department of Veterans Affairs Vet Center, Veteran Service Officers in Monroe and Loudon Counties, the University of Tennessee-Knoxville Veterans Upward Bound Programs, American Red Cross Volunteers of America, Operation SAVE which is part of the Tennessee Valley Coalition to End Homelessness and  the Loudon County Convenience Center to offer a Veterans outreach event for Monroe and Loudon Counties.

Representatives from the Tennessee Department of Veterans Affairs (TDVA) as well as other state, local and non-profit organizations will be available to answer questions, provide information and assist in enrollment opportunities for Veterans and other eligible beneficiaries. 

Veterans will need to present a copy of their DD-214 and any other service related documents to assist with filing claims for federal benefits.
