DAVIDSON COUNTY, Widening of I-65 from Trinity Lane to Dickerson Rd.

  • No lane closures this week.

DAVIDSON COUNTY, I-440 Eastbound from I-65 to I-24

  • No lane closures this week.

DAVIDSON COUNTY, Bridge Construction on Gallatin Rd. over the CSX Railroad

  • From now through March 2013, Gallatin Rd. will be reduced to one lane in each direction in this area.

DAVIDSON COUNTY, Resurfacing on I-24 from I-440 to Haywood Lane

  • Thursday March 21 through Wednesday March 27, 8PM-6AM, (excluding Saturday and Sunday), The inside lane of I-24 eastbound and westbound will be closed in order to pressure wash and repaint the median barrier wall.

DAVIDSON COUNTY, Resurfacing on SR 254 (Bell Rd.) from Blue Hole Rd. to Murfreesboro Rd. Including Bridge Deck Repair

  • Thursday March 21 through Wednesday March 27, 9PM-6AM, (excluding Saturday and Sunday), There will be alternating lane closures on Bell Rd. in order to mill the roadway, work on handicap ramps, and install loop wire.

DAVIDSON COUNTY, Repair of the I-24 (Silliman Evans) Bridge over Nashville & Eastern Railroad

  • Monday March 25 through Wednesday March 27, 9AM-3PM, There will be alternating one lane closures on Hermitage Avenue to touch up paint.
  • Saturday March 23 through Sunday March 24, 6AM-7:30PM, There will be alternating one lane closures on I-24 to touch up paint.

DAVIDSON COUNTY, Bridge Repair on 3rd Ave. over I-65

  • From now through April 2013, Third Ave. Bridge will be reduced to one lane.

DAVIDSON COUNTY, Bridge Construction on Dickerson Rd. over Dry Creek

  • From now through April 2013, Dickerson Rd. will be reduced to one lane in each direction from Dry Creek Rd. to Robert Cartwright Dr. in Goodlettsville (LM 22.09).

DAVIDSON COUNTY, Resurfacing on SR 12 from Briley Pkwy, to the Cheatham Co. Line

  • Thursday March 21 through Wednesday March 27, 8PM-6AM, (excluding Friday and Saturday), There will be alternating lane closures in order to mill the roadway and perform guardrail work.

DAVIDSON COUNTY, On Call Concrete Repair

  • Thursday March 21 thru Wednesday March 27, 6AM-8PM, The traffic on the ramp from Franklin Rd (SR6) to Woodmont Blvd. / Thompson Ln. (SR155) will be shifted in order to perform concrete pavement repair.

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Widening of I-65 from SR 248 to SR 96

  • Monday March 25 through Wednesday March 27, 9AM-3PM, The right lane of I-65 southbound will be closed from MM 63.7 to MM 64.4 to perform punch list work on the noise wall.

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Construction on SR 397 (Mack Hatcher Pkwy) South of SR 96 to SR 6

  • From now through December 2013, The inside lanes of Mack Hatcher Pkwy. in both directions approximately ½  west of the Franklin Rd intersection will be closed in order to  perform median work and work on the next phase of construction.
  • Thursday March 21 through Wednesday March 27, 9AM-3PM, There will be alternating lane closures on Liberty Pike eastbound and westbound in order to remove curb and gutter and perform grading work.

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, City of Franklin Construction

  • From now through November 2013, Hillsboro Road (SR 106) will be reduced from four lanes to two lanes between SR 96 and Independence Square to begin utility relocation for a sidewalk project.

Performance Based Maintenance Work on I-24, I-65 and SR 840

  • Thursday March 21 through Wednesday March 27, 9AM-3PM, There will be possible lane closures at the following locations on State Routes and Interstates in Middle Tennessee to patch potholes on an as needed basis:
    • SR 840, Williamson, Rutherford and Wilson
    • I-24, Rutherford and Bedford
    • I-65, Williamson
  • Thursday March 21 through Wednesday March 27, 8PM-5AM, There will be possible lane closures at the following locations on State Routes and Interstates in Middle Tennessee to repair guardrail on an as needed basis:
    • SR 840, Williamson, Rutherford and Wilson
    • I-24, Rutherford and Bedford
    • I-65, Williamson

MAURY COUNTY, Bridge Construction on SR 50 over I-65

  • From now through June 2013, SR 50 will be reduced to one lane in this area due to repair of the bridge.  Signalization is in place.
  • Thursday March 21 and Monday March 25 through Wednesday 27, 8PM-6AM and Saturday March 23, 7AM-6PM, There will be alternating lane closures on I-65 northbound and southbound at MM 37.0 in order to perform overhead bridge work.

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Resurfacing and Bridge Deck Repair on I-24 from SR 76 to the Robertson Co. Line

  • Monday March 25 through Thursday March 28, 8PM-6AM, There will be one lane closures on I-24 eastbound and westbound in order to work on parapet rails.

WILSON COUNTY, I-40 Widening from Central Pike to East of SR 109

  • Thursday March 21 through Wednesday March 27, 8PM-5AM, There will be alternating lane closures on I-40 eastbound and westbound in order to mill and pave the roadway.  One lane will remain open in each direction.

WILSON & SUMNER COUNTIES, Bridge Construction on SR 109 over the Cumberland River

  • Thursday March 21 through Wednesday March 27, 9AM-3PM, There will be alternating lane closures on SR 109 northbound and southbound for utility line relocation work.

TDOT Maintenance:

Middle Tennessee

  • Thursday March 21 through Wednesday March 27, 9AM-3PM, (excluding weekends), There will be possible lane closures at various locations on State Routes and Interstates in Middle Tennessee to patch potholes on an as needed basis:
  • I-24 Cheatham, Davidson, Montgomery and Robertson Counties
  • I-65 Davidson, Robertson, Williamson Counties
  • I-40 Cheatham, Davidson, Dickson, Hickman, Humphreys Counties

Davidson County

  • Thursday March 21 through Wednesday March 27, 9AM-3PM and 7PM-1AM, (excluding weekends), There will be various shoulder closures in Davidson County for rock removal on all interstates.  All lanes will remain open.   
  • Thursday March 21 through Wednesday March 27, 8PM-1AM, (excluding weekends), There will be alternating lane closures on various state routes for crack sealing.  One lane will remain open.  

Sumner County

  • Thursday March 21, 10PM-4AM, The right lane will be closed on I-65 in both directions between mile marker 97.7 and mile marker 103 for patching potholes.  One lane will remain open.  

TDOT Bridge Inspection

Davidson County

  • Thursday March 21, 8PM-4AM, The two left lanes will be closed on I-40 westbound at mile marker 205 for bridge deck repair.  Two right lanes will remain open.   

TDOT Materials and Tests

  • Monday March 25, 9AM-12 Noon, There will be a lane closure on SR 7 in Maury County from the Hickman County line to LM 1.5 in order to perform pavement testing.
