Violation: Engage in alarm business under a name other than the certification name issued by the Board/Engaged in a joint venture with non-certified Alarm Systems Contactor.
 Action: $1,000 Civil Penalty
 
 
Architectural and Engineering Examiners

Violation: Submitted a bid for professional services involving a public project to a local governmental entity, in which a fixed fee was proposed, in violation of Rule 0120-02-.02(6) and Tenn. Code Ann. § 12-4-106(a)(2).
