TDVA to Host Veterans Outreach Event in Hamblen, Cocke and Jefferson Counties

NASHVILLE – Tennessee Department of Veterans Affairs is partnering with Walters State Community College and Knoxville Homeless Veterans Reintegration Project to offer a Veterans outreach event for Hamblen, Cocke and Jefferson Counties. 

Representatives from the Tennessee Department of Veterans Affairs (TDVA), Walters State Community College and the Knoxville Homeless Veterans Reintegration Project will be available to answer questions, provide information and assist in enrollment opportunities for Veterans and other eligible beneficiaries. 

Veterans will need to present a copy of their DD-214 and any other service related documents to assist with filing claims for federal benefits.

WHAT:           Veterans outreach event to assist Veterans and their families with questions about benefits, entitlements and to initiate disability compensation claims
