TDOT Announces “Projects Tour” Across Middle Tennessee
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Tennessee Department of Transportation Commissioner John Schroer begins his third statewide “TDOT Projects Tour” next week in TDOT’s Region Three, which is based in Nashville. During this week-long tour, Commissioner Schroer, local elected officials and transportation officials will travel by bus and barge to view TDOT projects currently underway and those listed on the department’s “Three Year Program.”
The Region 3 Tour kicks off with a barge tour down the Cumberland River in Sumner County on Monday, September 24th, 2012 and will wind up in Perry County on Thursday, September 27th, 2012. Please see the attached schedule for details on each day’s itinerary.
