DAVIDSON COUNTY, Repair of 14 Bridges over I-440
  • Monday July 9 through Wednesday July 11, 9AM-3PM, There will be lane closures on Foster and Brightwood Bridges over I-440 for fence work and bridge expansion joint work.
 
DAVIDSON COUNTY, I-440 Eastbound from I-65 to I-24
  • Sunday July 8, 8PM-5AM, Traffic will be shifted on the I-440 eastbound Nolensville Rd. Ramp in order to restripe the ramp for a traffic shift.
 
DAVIDSON COUNTY, Bridge Construction on Gallatin Rd. over the CSX Railroad
  • From now through November 2012, Gallatin Rd. will be reduced to one lane in each direction in this area.
 
DAVIDSON COUNTY, Bridge Rehabilitation on I-24 over Main St. and Woodland St.
  • Monday July 9 through Wednesday July 11, 8PM–5AM, There will be a temporary lane closures on Main Street and Woodland Street, from South Fifth Street to Interstate Drive to perform bridge repairs.  One lane will remain open.
  • Friday July 6, 9PM through Monday July 9, 5AM, I-24 eastbound and westbound will be closed from the I-24/I-40 split east of downtown to remove existing bridge deck and install bridge deck panels. Main St. and Woodland St., from South Fifth St. to Interstate Drive will also be closed. Detours will be in place.
 
DAVIDSON COUNTY, Repair of the I-24 (Silliman Evans) Bridge over Nashville & Eastern Railroad
  • Friday July 6 through Wednesday July 11, 8PM-6AM, There will be alternating lane closures on Hermitage Ave. for painting operations.
  • Monday July 9 through Wednesday July 11, 8PM-6AM, The right lane of I-40 westbound will be closed for painting operations.
 
DAVIDSON COUNTY, Resurfacing on SR 155 (Briley Pkwy.) from Mashburn Rd. to Glaston Rd.
  • Sunday July 8 and Monday July 9, 8PM-6AM, There will be alternating lane closures in both directions on Donelson Pike between I-40 and Murfreesboro Rd. for rumble strips and striping operations.
 
DAVIDSON COUNTY, Bridge Repair on Lebanon Rd. over Browns Creek.
  • Monday July 9, 7PM-6AM, There will be alternating lane closures on Lebanon Rd. westbound in order to set bridge beams. Eastbound will remain open and traffic will be flagged.
 
DAVIDSON COUNTY, Bridge Construction on Dickerson Rd. over Dry Creek
  • Monday July 9, 2012 through April 2013, Dickerson Rd. will be reduced to one lane in each direction from Dry Creek Rd. to Robert Cartwright Dr. in Goodlettsville (LM 22.09).

DAVIDSON COUNTY, Resurfacing on Old Hickory Blvd. from US 431 to US 31/W/41
  • Friday July 6 through Wednesday July 11, 9AM-3PM, There will be alternating lane closures on Old Hickory Blvd. from Whites Creek Pike to Dickerson Rd. in order to lower utility boxes for milling operations.
 
 
WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Resurfacing on SR 397 (Mack Hatcher Pkwy.) from US 31 to US 431
  • Monday July 9 through Wednesday July 11, 8PM-5AM, There will be alternating lane closures on Mack Hatcher Pkwy. in order to mill the roadway.
 
WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Widening of I-65 from SR 248 to SR 96
  • Monday July 9 through Wednesday July 11, at 12 Noon, Traffic on I-65 northbound and southbound will be paced in order to blast.
 
DAVIDSON/SUMNER COUNTIES, Miscellaneous Safety Improvements
Local Program Project-Gateway (Korean Veterans) Blvd.
  • From now through December 2012, Traffic on 8th Ave. south and north will be reduced to one lane approaching the Lafayette St. intersection in order to construct roundabout.
 
WILSON & SUMNER COUNTIES, Bridge Construction on SR 109 over the Cumberland River
  • Friday July 6 through Tuesday July 10, 8PM- 6AM, The northbound lane of SR 109 will be closed in order to pour concrete or southbound for roadway construction.
 
GILES COUNTY, Resurfacing on I-65 from the Alabama State Line to US 64
  • Friday July 6 through Wednesday July 11, 8PM-6AM, There will be alternating lane closures on I-65 northbound and southbound between MM 0.0 and MM 14.0 in order to mill, pave, and install guardrail. One lane will remain open.

  • Friday July 6 through Wednesday July 11, (excluding weekends), 9AM-3PM, There will be alternating lane closures on State Route 12 in both directions in order to mill, pave, and stripe the roadway between mile marker 2 and mile marker 3.  One lane will remain open.
  • Friday July 6 through Wednesday July 11, (excluding weekends), 9AM-3PM, There will be alternating lane closures on State Route 49 in both directions in order to mill, pave, and stripe the roadway between mile marker 9 and mile marker 10. One lane will remain open.
 
Davidson County 
  • Friday July 6 through Wednesday July 11, (excluding weekends), 8PM-1AM, There will be alternating right lane closures on I-65 in both directions between mile marker 94 and mile marker 90 for rock removal. Three lanes will remain open.
  • Tuesday July 12, 8PM-1AM, There will be a right lane closures on I-65 northbound at the I-40 WB spilt just before the 12th Ave overpass, for milling and paving. One Lane will remain open coming from I-65 northbound and two lanes on I-40 westbound. 
 
 
Dickson, Hickman and Humphreys County 
  • Friday July 6 through Wednesday July 11, (excluding weekends), 6PM-10PM, There will be alternating lane closures in various locations on I-40 in both directions in Dickson, Hickman, and Humphreys Counties to clean bridges and slope mow. One lane will remain open. 
Montgomery & Robertson Counties 
  • Friday July 6 through Wednesday July 11, (excluding weekends), 9AM-12PM, There will be one lane periodically closed on I-24 in both directions in Robertson and Montgomery Counties to move equipment between mile marker 18 and mile marker 12 in order to trim vegetation overhanging the roadway.  One lane will remain open. 
 
Robertson County 
  • Friday July 6 through Wednesday July 11, 9AM-3PM, (excluding weekends),There will be alternating lane closures on State Route 65 (U.S. 431) in both directions in order to mill, pave, and stripe the roadway between mile marker 0.1 and mile marker 1.1  and also between mile marker 6.5 to mile marker 7.5. One lane will remain open.

Davidson County 
  • Tuesday July 10, 8PM-4AM, The right lane will be closed on I-65 Southbound over the Cumberland River at Metro Center for bridge deck repair.
 
TDOT Utilities
  • From now through Wednesday August 1, 9AM-3PM, Along SR-24 Charlotte Pike from Hwy 70S. to 7670 Charlotte Pike in Davidson County. This request by Nashville Electric Service for replacement of 61 poles and 50 anchors.
  • Saturday July 7 through Sunday July 8, 10PM-12AM, On SR-106 Hillsboro Road from Abbott Martin Road to Richard Jones Road in Davidson County. This request by Nashville Electric Service to install three poles and aerial installation. There will be temporary lane closures.
  • Sunday July 8 through Thursday July 12, 7PM–6AM, On SR-1 Murfreesboro Road,670’ east of McGavock Pike in Davidson County. This request by Piedmont Gas Co. to open-cut into the roadway to replace a 3” main.
  • Sunday July 8 through Thursday October 4, 7PM-6AM, On SR-258 on New Shackle Island Road from Volunteer dr. to Iris Dr. in Summer County .This request by Hendersonville U.D. to open-cut into the roadway for the installation of approx. 3800’ of 16” water main. Proper lane closures signs and detours will be setup.
 
TDOT Consulting
  • Wednesday July 11 and Thursday July 12, 9AM-4PM, There will be alternating lane closures on US 31W in Sumner County from SR 109 to Lake Springs Rd. in order to drill borings in the roadway to obtain geotechnical data. Flaggers will be utilized.
