AdTech Ceramics to Expand Chattanooga Facility
Company to Invest $2.25 Million, Create 25 Jobs in Hamilton County
NASHVILLE – The Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development today joined with Advanced Technical Ceramics Company representatives to announce plans to expand its Chattanooga facility, located at 511 Manufacturers Road. The company will invest $2.25 million and create 25 manufacturing jobs.
“Our department is committed to Governor Haslam’s goal of making Tennessee the No. 1 location in the Southeast for high quality jobs,” Bill Hagerty, commissioner, ECD, said. “Congratulations to AdTech Ceramics on their continued success, and I look forward to working with them on future expansion projects.”

AdTech Ceramics designs and manufactures high reliability technical ceramics for military, medical and industrial microelectronics. The company is currently in the process of hiring a degreed facilities manager, whose responsibilities will include building and manufacturing efficiency, and a finishing process engineer, whose responsibilities will include process improvements utilizing SPC techniques.
