BLOUNT COUNTY, SR 73/US 321 at Log Mile 24.2 and 25.3:Motorists should be alert for a lane closure which has the roadway reduced to one lane controlled by a temporary traffic signal through this rockfall mitigation project. Motorists should be prepared to stop and use extreme caution while traveling through this area.
 
BLOUNT COUNTY, SR 73/US 321 at Foothills Mall Drive: On Monday night, April 2, 2012, motorists should be alert for possible lane closures between the hours of 7 p.m. and 1 a.m. the following morning through this intersection improvement project. Motorists should be alert for new lane shifts on Foothills Mall Drive near the intersection with US 321. Motorists should be alert for workers present, expect potential delays and use extreme caution in this area.
 
CAMPBELL COUNTY, I-75 South between Mile Markers 144 and 141: Motorists should be alert for lane closures and traffic shifts through this area. I-75 South is reduced to one lane and temporarily shifted to the northbound side between Mile Markers 144 and 141 around a recent roadway embankment slide located near Mile Marker 143. Motorists approaching this area should be alert for reduced speeds and expect potential delays during peak travel periods. Motorists are advised that there are no exits with fuel service after Exit 160 until Exit 141 and should check fuel levels prior to Exit 160. There are still two lanes open for northbound traffic through this area. Motorists should use extreme caution in this area. Traffic loads in excess of 12 feet in width entering Tennessee on I-75 South must detour using Exit 160 (Jellico), turn right onto US 25W and follow SR 297 South to SR 63 back to I-75 at Exit 141.
 
CARTER COUNTY, US 321 (SR 159) over Elk River at Log Mile 7.23: US 321/State Route 159 is closed to thru traffic and detoured around this bridge replacement project. Motorists should follow signed detour route and adjust travel times accordingly.
 
COCKE COUNTY, I-40 West at Mile Marker 451: I-40 West is reduced to one lane at Mile Marker 451 due to a recent rockslide. Motorists should expect potential delays and use extreme caution in this area.
 
COCKE COUNTY, I-40 East and West near Mile Marker 435: Beginning Monday, April 2, 2012, motorists should be alert for possible lane closures at various times in this area as crews perform overhead bridge repairs at Exit 435. Motorists should be alert for workers present, expect potential delays and use extreme caution through this area.
 
COCKE COUNTY, US 321/SR 32 over I-40 at Exit 435: Beginning Monday, April 2, 2012, US 321/SR 32 over I-40 will be reduced to one lane in each direction as crews begin this bridge repair project. These lane closures will be in place around the clock. Motorists should be alert for new traffic patterns, expect potential delays and use extreme caution through this area.
 
COCKE COUNTY, US 25/70/SR 9 Bridge over the French Broad River at Log Mile 21.6: Beginning Tuesday, April 10, 2012, the historic Wolf Creek Bridge on US 25/70/SR 9 over the French Broad River will be closed to thru traffic as crews begin this bridge rehabilitation project. The bridge will be closed thru March of 2014. Separate signed detours will be in place for passenger and commercial vehicles. Motorists should adjust travel times accordingly and use caution through this area. GRAINGER COUNTY, SR 92 Bridge over Richland Creek at Log Mile 9.14:Motorists should be alert for a lane closure which has the roadway reduced to one lane controlled by a temporary traffic signal through this bridge project.Traffic loads in excess of 9 feet in width should follow an alternate route. Motorists should be alert fornew traffic patterns, expect potential delays and use extreme caution while traveling through this area.
 
HAMBLEN COUNTY, I-81 North and South between Mile Markers 7.5 and 17.5: Motorists should be alert for lane closures on I-81 through this resurfacing and bridge deck repair project. These lane closures will be in place around the clock in various sections through this area as crews perform bridge deck repairs. Motorists should be alert for workers present, expect potential delays and use extreme caution through this area.
 
HAMBLEN COUNTY, SR 32/US 25E near I-81 Interchange: Beginning, Monday, April 2, 2012, motorists should be alert for new traffic patterns through this project. US 25E will be reduced to one lane in each direction approaching the bridge over I-81 and new traffic shifts will be in place as the northbound traffic is shifted over to the southbound side as crews perform bridge work in this area. Motorists should be alert for possible lane closures and flag persons directing traffic at various times through this project. Short duration traffic stops in both directions may occur daily through this project for utility and equipment crossings. Motorists should be alert for workers present and use extreme caution in this area.
 
HAMBLEN COUNTY, SR 32/US 25E near College Park Drive: Motorists should be alert for new traffic patterns and lane shifts through this project. Motorists should be alert for possible lane closures at various times through this project. Short duration traffic stops in both directions may occur daily through this project for utility and equipment crossings. Motorists should be alert for workers present and use extreme caution in this area.
 
HAWKINS COUNTY, Main Street over Southern Railroad in Bulls Gap: A section of Main Street is closed to thru traffic and detoured around this bridge replacement project. Motorists should follow signed detour route and adjust travel times accordingly.
 
JOHNSON COUNTY, SR 67 over Doe Creek at Log Mile 5.61: State Route 67 is reduced from two lanes to one around the clock and is being controlled by a temporary traffic signal through this bridge repair project. Traffic loads wider than 12 feet are prohibited through this area and should seek alternate routes. Traffic loads with a weight in excess of 30 tons are prohibited. Dugger Hollow Road at the intersection of State Route 67 is closed and motorists should follow signed detour route. Motorists should be alert for workers present and use caution traveling through this area.
 
KNOX COUNTY, I-275 approaching Heiskell Avenue: Motorists should be alert for possible brief rolling roadblocks at various times during daylight hours as crews perform blasting in this area. Motorists should be alert for sudden stops, reduced speeds, expect delays and use extreme caution in this area.
 
KNOX COUNTY, I-140 East near Northshore Drive (Exit 5): Motorists should be alert for shoulder closures in this area. Motorists should use caution through this area.
 
KNOX COUNTY, I-140 West exit and entrance ramps at Northshore Drive (Exit 5): Motorists should be alert for narrowed ramp lanes, workers present and use extreme caution through this ramp improvement project.
 
KNOX COUNTY, US 129/SR 115 Alcoa Highway between Neyland Drive and Cherokee Trail: On Thursday night, March 29, 2012, motorists should be alert for possible temporary lane closures in this area between the hours of 8 p.m. and 5 a.m. the following morning as crews install sign support structures. On Saturday, March 30, 2012 and Sunday, April 1, 2012, motorists should be alert for possible lane closures between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. as crews install overhead sign structures. There will be a brief rolling roadblock during this time as crews swing the overhead sign into position. Motorists should be alert for workers and equipment present, expect potential delays and use extreme caution through this area.
 
KNOX COUNTY, US 129/SR 115 Alcoa Highway Northbound between Woodson Drive and Cherokee Trail: Motorists in this area should be alert for a lane closure which has reduced northbound Alcoa Highway to one lane around a recent rockslide. Motorists should expect potential long delays during rush hour. Motorists traveling north on Alcoa Highway may use I-140 to I-40; or Governor John Sevier Highway to Chapman Highway as alternate routes to avoid this area.
 
KNOX COUNTY, SR 1 Kingston Pike at Everett Road: Westbound Kingston Pike near Everett Road is reduced to one lane through this bridge widening project. Everett Road between the Kingston Pike intersection and Saint Andrews Drive is closed to thru traffic for most of the duration of the project. Everett Road motorists are advised to use other routessuch as Hobbs Road/Union Road and Smith Road to enter and exit this portion of Everett Road. Motorists should be alert for temporary daily lane closures on Kingston Pike eastbound between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. as crews perform utility work. Motorists should be alert for changed conditions, workers present and use extreme caution through this area.
 
KNOX COUNTY, SR 62 (Oak Ridge Hwy. /Western Ave.) between Schaad Road and Copper Kettle Road: Motorists should be alert for temporary lane closures at various times throughout this widening project. Motorists traveling in this area should be alert for workers and equipment present and be alert for changing traffic conditions, detours, traffic shifts and use caution through this area. South Hinton Road between Western Avenue and Third Creek Road; Jimmy Carter Road at Western Avenue; and Beaver Ridge Road at Western Avenue are closed for construction. A short section of Ball Camp Pike between Western Avenue and Goldenrod Street is closed for construction. Motorists should be alert for changing conditions and follow signed detour routes.
 
KNOX COUNTY, US 441/SR 33 Henley Bridge over Tennessee River in Downtown Knoxville: The Henley Bridge is closed to traffic for bridge rehabilitation. Motorists should follow signed detour route using James White Parkway. For updated project information, go to http://www.tdot.state.tn.us/henley/
 
KNOX COUNTY, SR 158 Neyland Drive approaching the Henley Bridge:Neyland Drive is reduced to one lane in each direction and shifted to the eastbound side as work continues on the overhead Henley Bridge. These closures will remain in place around the clock until August 2012. Access to Neyland Drive from Locust Street will be restricted during this time. Motorists should expect potential delays during rush hour.  Motorists should use caution approaching this area and be alert for workers and equipment present in this work zone area. KNOX COUNTY, SR 169Middlebrook Pike at Henson Road: Motorists should be alert for possible temporary lane closures in both directions between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. as crews perform work through this construction project. Motorists should be alert for workers and equipment present and use extreme caution through this area.
 
KNOX COUNTY, SR 332 Northshore Drive at Westland Drive: On Monday, April 2, 2012 through Wednesday, April 4, 2012, motorists should be alert for temporary daytime lane closures and traffic shifts in this area as crews replace drainage structures through this intersection improvement project. Motorists should be alert for workers present, expect potential delays and use extreme caution in this area.
 
LOUDON COUNTY, I-75South near Mile Marker 84: On Thursdaynight, March 29, 2012 and Friday night, March 30, 2012, motorists should be alert for a possible temporary lane closure between the hours of 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning as crews install ITS devices in this area. Motorists should be alert for workers present and use extreme caution through this area.
 
ROANE COUNTY, I-40Eastbetween Mile Markers340 and 342: Motorists should be alert for shoulder closures through this slope stabilization project. Motorists should reduce speed and use extreme caution through this area.
 
ROANE COUNTY, SR 1 /US 70 at Old Kingston Highway: Old Kingston Highway at the intersection with US 70 across from Country Club Road is closed as crews reconstruct this road for realignment with US 70. Motorists should follow signed detour route and use caution in this area.
 
ROANE COUNTY, SR 95 between Westover Drive and SR 58:Motorists should be alert for changing conditions, possible lane closures at various times and use caution through this construction project.
 
SEVIER COUNTY, SR 454 between Glades Road and SR 416: Motorists should be alert for a lane closure which will reduce the roadway to one lane controlled by a temporary traffic signal. Motorists should be alert for lane shifts, construction personnel and equipment present through this construction project. Motorists should use caution and expect potential delays through this area.
 
SEVIER COUNTY, SR 66 in Sevierville between I-40 and SR 139 (Douglas Dam Rd.):On Sunday night, April 1, 2012 through Wednesday night, April 4, 2012, motorists should be alert for temporary nightly lane closures in both directions between the hours of 6:30 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning as crews mill the existing shoulder. Motorists should be alert for an upcoming temporary road closure of SR 139. Beginning at 12:01 a.m. on Monday, April 9, 2012 through 6 a.m. Friday, April 13, 2012, SR 139 West (between SR 66 and Piney Grove Road) and SR 139 East (between SR 66 and Bryan Lane) will be closed around the clock and traffic detoured as crews perform grading operations. Motorists should follow signed detour routes during this time. Short duration traffic stops in both directions may occur daily Monday through Friday through this project for utility crossings. SULLIVAN COUNTY, I-26 East and West near Mile Marker 6 (Welcome Center):  Motorists should be alert for possible lane closures and brief rolling roadblocks between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. daily through this area. Motorists should be aware of shoulder closures, workers present, reduced speed limit and use caution in this area.
 
SULLIVAN COUNTY, SR 36 Bridge over CSX Railroad between I-81 and Wilmont Drive: Motorists should be alert for new traffic patterns through this bridge repair project as crews have closed the southbound bridge and shifted all traffic to the northbound bridge. Traffic is reduced to one lane in each direction. Motorists should be alert for lane closures, lane shifts and use extreme caution through this area. Motorists should expect potential delays through this area and adjust travel times accordingly.
 
SULLIVAN COUNTY, Fordtown Road between I-81 and Eastern Star Road:Motorists should be alert for possible lane closures and flag persons directing traffic at various times through this project. Short duration traffic stops in both directions may occur daily through this project for equipment mobilization. Motorists should be alert for workers present and use extreme caution in this area.
 
UNICOI COUNTY, SR 173 at Marbleton Road: Motorists should be alert for possible lane closures and flag persons directing traffic at various times through this intersection improvement project. Motorists should be alert for workers present and use extreme caution in this area.
 
UNION COUNTY, Existing SR 33 Bridge over Clinch River (Norris Lake) Weight Restrictions: The existing State Route 33 Bridge over Norris Lake is posted with weight limit restrictions and is being strictly enforced. Weight restrictions are: 5 axle vehicles are 35 tons; 3 or 4 axle vehicle is 22 tons; 2 axle vehicles are 20 tons. VEHICLES WEIGHING IN EXCESS OF THE RESTRICTED WEIGHTS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO CROSS THE BRIDGE AND MUST FOLLOW A DETOUR ROUTE. Motorists should use extreme caution and be prepared to stop approaching the bridge.
 
UNION COUNTY, SR 33 Bridge Project over Clinch River (Norris Lake):Motorists traveling on State Route 33 crossing the bridge over Norris Lake should be alert for flag persons directing trafficacross the bridge at various times for bridge work. Motorists approaching this area should reduce speeds and use extreme caution through this area.
 
WASHINGTON COUNTY, US 11E between SR 36 and SR 381: Motorists should be alert for possible lane closures and flag persons directing traffic at various times through this project.Beginning Monday, April 2, 2012, West Oakland Avenue will be closed to thru traffic between SR 34 and the end of the project limits. Access to the shopping center on Oakland Avenue will be maintained from Roan Street. Motorists should follow signed detours in this area. Motorists should be alert for equipment and workers present, expect potential delays and use caution in this area.
 
WASHINGTON/SULLIVAN COUNTY, SR 75 between SR 36 and SR 357: Motorists should be alert for new traffic patterns and lane shifts through this projects. Temporary daytime lane closures in both directions may occur at various times through this construction project.
