NASHVILLE --- A video of the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Commission’s monthly meetings will now be available for viewing following the meeting’s conclusion. The video will be on a link of the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency’s website. (The video should be posted by 7 p.m. each day of the meeting and will be in the Hot Topics Section on the front page of TWRA’s website and also in the TWRC section of the site).

“This was a project that we were directed to implement by the commission and are happy to do so,” said Don King, TWRA’s Chief of Information and Education. “A lot of folks who have interest in what goes on at the commission meetings, but are unable to attend, can now watch the meetings at their convenience. It also allows the opportunity to introduce others to what goes on at the commission meetings.”

The TWRC serves as the governing body of the TWRA. The commission usually meets monthly with the exception of July. Most of the meetings are held at the TWRA’s Region II Ray Bell Building in Nashville, but occasionally are held at various locations in the TWRA’s three other regions.
