DAVIDSON COUNTY, I-440 Eastbound from I-65 to I-24
  • Thursday February 9 through Wednesday February 15: No closures scheduled.
 
DAVIDSON COUNTY, Repair of 14 Bridges over I-440
  • Thursday February 9 through Wednesday February 15, 9AM-3PM, There will be shoulder closures on I-440 eastbound and westbound for bridge work. 
  • Thursday February 9 through Wednesday February 15, 9AM-3PM, There will be lane and sidewalk closures on the bridges over I-440 at Belmont, Winford, and Lyle in order to perform deck and sidewalk repairs.
 
DAVIDSON COUNTY, Widening of I-65 ramp to OHB
  • Monday February 13 through Wednesday February 15, 9PM-5AM, The center turn lane of Old Hickory Blvd. westbound to I-65 southbound will be closed to install permanent striping.
 
DAVIDSON COUNTY, Resurfacing on SR 6 from Church Street to SR 155
  • Thursday February 9 through Wednesday February 15: No closures scheduled.
 
DAVIDSON COUNTY, Central Pike from US 70 to Stoners Creek
  • Thursday February 9 through Wednesday February 15, 9AM-3PM, There will be alternating lane closures on Central Pike from Lebanon Rd to Stoner’s Creek in order to install pipe and perform grading work. Flaggers will be utilized.
 
DAVIDSON COUNTY, Bridge Construction on Gallatin Rd. over the CSX Railroad
  • From now through November 2012, Gallatin Rd. will be reduced to one lane in each direction in this area.
 
RUTHERFORD COUNTY, Widening of Waldron Road (Recovery Act Project)
  • Thursday February 9 through Wednesday February 15: No closures scheduled.
 
WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Widening of I-65 from SR 248 (Goose Creek) to SR 96
  • Thursday February 9 through Wednesday February 15: No closures scheduled.
 
WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Construction on SR 397 (Mack Hatcher Pkwy.) from south of SR 96 to SR 6
  • Thursday February 9 through Wednesday February 15, 10AM-11AM and 1PM-2PM, There will be lane closures on SR 397 in order for the contractor to blast.
 
DAVIDSON/SUMNER COUNTIES, Miscellaneous Safety Improvements
Local Program Project-Gateway (Korean Veterans) Blvd.
  • From now through December 2012, Traffic on 8th Ave. south and north will be reduced to one lane approaching the Lafayette St. intersection in order to construct roundabout.
 
WILSON COUNTY, SR-171 (Mt Juliet Road) Widening: (Recovery Act Project)
  • Thursday February 9 and Wednesday February 15, 9AM–3PM, There will be temporary lane closures on Lebanon Road (SR-24) eastbound and westbound at the intersection of Mt. Juliet Road for the installation of signal mast arms and foundations. 
 
 
WILSON & SUMNER COUNTIES, Bridge Construction on SR 109 over the Cumberland River
  • Thursday February 9 through Wednesday February 15, 8PM- 6AM, The northbound lane of SR 109 will be closed in order to pour concrete.
 
 
TDOT Maintenance:
Middle Tennessee
  • Thursday, February 9 through Wednesday, February 15, (excluding weekends), 9AM-3PM, There will be possible lane closures at various locations on State Routes and Interstates in Middle Tennessee to patch potholes on an as needed basis:
 
I-24 Cheatham, Davidson, Montgomery and Robertson Counties
I-65 Davidson, Robertson, Williamson Counties
I-40 Cheatham, Davidson, Dickson, Hickman, Humphreys Counties
 
Davidson County
  • Monday February 13 through Wednesday February 15, 8PM-1AM, I-24 eastbound on ramp from Murfreesboro Road will be closed for brush removal, ditch cleaning and shoulder work. Alternate ramp will be availablefor eastbound traffic from Murfreesboro Road.
  • Thursday February 9, 8PM-1AM, (excluding weekends), The right lane will be closed on I-24 eastbound between Murfreesboro Road and I-440 for brush removal.   Two lanes will remain open.
 
Montgomery & Robertson Counties 
  • Thursday February 9 through Wednesday February 15, (excluding weekends), 9AM-12PM, There will be one lane periodically closed on I-24 in both directions in Robertson and Montgomery Counties to move equipment between mile marker 25 and mile marker 12 in order to trim vegetation overhanging the roadway.  One lane will remain open.  
 
Smith County
  • Thursday February 9, 7PM-3AM, The right lane will be closed on I-40 westbound at mile marker 255 for bridge repair. One lane will remain open.  
 
 
 
TDOT Utilities
  • Sunday February 12, 6AM-9AM, On I-440 and Nolensville Rd Interchange, in Davidson County. This request, by TW Telecom INC. for transferring cable to new poles. Five rolling stop blocks are expected, seven police cars will be present.
  • Sunday February 12, 7AM-4PM, for interstate lighting maintenance for Nashville Electric Service in Davidson County for the following locations below.
 
This work will require 4 to 5 minutes per stop along the following locations.
 
1)     Northbound on I-65 from Harding to Thompson Lane, reworking lights in the median.
2)     North and Southbound on Briley Pkwy. from Two Rivers Parkway to Gallatin Road.
3)     As time permits, NES will relamp fixtures under the bridges on I-40, I-65, and I-440. All NES trucks will have Flag Pro Trucks, Metro Police Cars and arrow board trucks available to perform this work
 
  • Now through Thursday February 16, 7PM-6AM, On 4th Ave. South in Davidson County. This request, by Nashville Electric Service, installation of a duct bank from intersection of 4th Ave. South & McCann Street for approx. 220' & open-cut across 4th Ave. South.
  • Now through Friday February 24, 9AM-3PM, On Franklin Pike SR-6 /Hwy 31 from Country Oak Dr. to Maryland Way in Davidson County. This request, by American Fiber Optic Systems to place 32,606’ of overhead fiber optic cable and strand on existing pole line also including guys & anchors, buried conduit.
 
  • Now through Thursday March 1, 9AM-7PM, On SR-65, Whites Creek Pike, starting 4100’ north of Old Hickory Blvd to Knight Drive in Davidson County. This request, by Garney Construction is to open-cut for installation of 16” water main with service lines renewals.
