TDVA to Host Veterans Outreach Event for Hancock and Hawkins Counties

NASHVILLE – Tennessee Department of Veterans Affairs is partnering with the Vet Center, American Legion, Walters State Community College and Viet Nam Veterans of America to offer a Veterans outreach event for Hancock and Hawkins Counties at American Legion Post #183, 408 Court Street in Sneedville on Thursday, November 15 from 9am-2pm. 

Representatives from the Tennessee Department of Veterans Affairs (TDVA), the Vet Center, American Legion, Walters State Community College and Viet Nam Veterans of America  will be available to answer questions, provide information and assist in enrollment opportunities for Veterans and other eligible beneficiaries. 

Veterans will need to present a copy of their DD-214 and any other service related documents to assist with filing claims for federal benefits.
