TDH Update on Infections Associated with Epidural Steroid Injections

NASHVILLE – The Tennessee Department of Health will host a media briefing on the outbreak of infections associated with epidural steroid injections on Monday, October 8 at 1 p.m. Central time. Members of the media are invited to attend the briefing in person at the TDH Central Office in the Cordell Hull Building at 425 5th Avenue North in Nashville. Media members wishing to attend in person must be in place by 12:30 p.m., and should arrive earlier at the Cordell Hull Building with photo identification to be checked in by security.

Media members may also participate in the briefing via telephone by calling 1-888-757-2790, passcode 781337. Participants in this conference call are asked to mute their phones after joining the call as a courtesy to other participants, and may unmute phones to ask questions.
