Second Annual Wounded Warrior Bass Tournament April 30 on Kentucky Lake

NASHVILLE --- The public is invited to participate in the Second Annual Wounded Warrior Bass Tournament to be held on Kentucky Lake and originate from the Pebble Isle Marina in New Johnsonville on April 30, 2011.
 
The anglers will be vying for a $2,500 guaranteed first place in the tournament and paying the top 10 boats. The tournament is being sponsored by the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Foundation (TWRF) and the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency (TWRA). The tournament benefits the Wounded Warrior program and the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Foundation.
 
The registration cost is $100 per boat. For an additional $10, an angler has the option to participate in the big fish pot. Participants who register by April 15 will receive a tournament T-shirt.

Founded in 2002, the Wounded Warrior program works to raise awareness for the needs of severely injured service men and women. The TWRF assists the TWRA with habitat conservation initiatives and various educational programs.
