DAVIDSON COUNTY, I-40 and Robertson Road Interchange:(Recovery Act Project)
       Thursday September 17 and Friday September 18, 10AM-10:15 AM and 1PM-1:15PM, Rolling roadblock for I-40 East bound and Westbound traffic for blasting operations on the south side of I-40 in the White Bridge Road area. 
       Saturday September 19 and Sunday September 20, 7AM-9AM, Piedmont Natural Gas will close the outside lane of White Bridge Road southbound to remove and replace flowable fill. 
 
DAVIDSON COUNTY, Resurfacing on I-40 from Charlotte Pike to Westboro Dr:(Recovery Act Project)
       Thursday September 17 through Wednesday September 23, 8PM-5AM, (excluding Sunday), There will be alternating lane closures on I-40 in order to mill and pave the roadway. Also, there will be two lanes of I-40 westbound closed in order to repair bridge deck. One lane will remain open.
 
DAVIDSON COUNTY, Concrete Pavement Repair on I-440:(Recovery Act Project)
       Thursday September 17 through Wednesday September 23, 8PM-6AM, each night, There will be alternating lane closures on I-440 in both directions in order to remove permanent striping and repaint lines. One lane will remain open in each direction. Also, there will be alternating ramp closures to remove striping.
       Friday September 18, 8PM through Sunday September 20, 6AM, I-440 westbound will be closed from I-65 to I-40 for concrete repairs.
 
REGION 3 On-Call Guardrail:
       Thursday September 17 through Wednesday September 23, 8PM-6AM, (each night), There will be one lane closures at various locations on interstates and state routes in Davidson, Montgomery, Williamson, Robertson, Maury, Marshall, and Giles Counties for guardrail repair and installation.
       Thursday September 17 through Wednesday September 23, 9AM-4PM, There will be various shoulder closures in Middle Tennessee on state routes for guardrail repair and installation.
 
REGION 3 Attenuator Repair:
       Thursday September 17, 11AM-1:30PM, There will be shoulder closures on SR 109 at SR 6 in Sumner County in order to repair an attenuator.
       Thursday September 17, 2:30 PM-6:30 PM, There will be shoulder closures on SR 840 eastbound at exit 55 in Rutherford County in order to repair an attenuator.
       Friday September 18, 9AM-12 Noon, There will be shoulder closures on SR 76 eastbound at the Cumberland River Bridge in Stewart County in order to repair an attenuator.
 
REGION 3, Installation of Cable Barrier:
       Sunday September 20 through Thursday September 24, 8PM-6AM, each night, There will be alternating lane closures on SR 840 westbound and eastbound in Rutherford County from MM 57 to MM 61 in order to install cable barrier. One lane will remain open.
 
DAVIDSON and WILLIAMSON COUNTIES, ITS Phase III:
       Thursday September 17 through Wednesday September 23, 9AM-3PM and 7PM-6AM. There will be periodic day and night time shoulder closures at various locations within the areas listed below in order to install devices, perform electrical work, and pole installation.
o    Briley Parkway, both directions between I-40 and Centennial Blvd (MM 6 to MM 27)
o    I-24, both directions between Old Hickory Blvd and Bell Road (MM 40 to MM 61)
o    I-40, both directions between US-70 and Old Hickory Blvd (MM 196 to MM 222)
o    I-65, both directions between Concord Rd and Long Hollow Pike (MM 70 to MM 97)
o    I-440, both directions between Hillsboro Pike and I-24 (MM 3 to MM 7)
o    Ellington Parkway, both directions between Briley Pkwy and Spring Street
       Thursday September 17 through Wednesday September 23, 8PM-5AM, There will be periodic short term night time lane closures at the following locations to install device foundations, DMS foundation installation, and shoulder paving.
o    Briley Pkwy, both directions, between Elm Hill Pike and Brick Church Pike, (MM 7 to MM 27), 3 lanes remain open (multiple locations for structures and shoulder work).
o    Briley Pkwy, road closures, Saturday September 19th at 11pm to Sunday September 20th at 9am, following locations for DMS installations
    • Briley Pkwy Westbound, West of the I-24 Interchange (MM 18)
    • Briley Pkwy Southbound, south of County Hospital Rd (MM 26)
    • I-40, both directions, between the I-24 Interchange and Old Hickory Blvd (MM 213 to MM 222), 3 lanes remain open (multiple locations for foundation installation).
    • I-40, Westbound, between US70S and east of Charlotte Pike (MM 196 to MM 203), 2 lanes remain open. (multiple locations for foundation installation).
    • I-40, both directions, between Donelson Pike and Briley Pkwy (MM 216 to MM 215).
    • Friday September 18th 8pm to Monday September 21st 6am, 1 left lane in both directions, 4 lanes to remain open.
    • I-65, both directions, between Concord Rd and the I-440 Interchange (MM 71 to MM 80), 2-3 lanes remain open (multiple locations for foundation installation).
REGION 3 Retracing of Painted Markings on Interstate and State Routes
       Thursday September 17 through Thursday September 24, 8AM-5PM each day, There will be various rolling closures in Cheatham, Dickson, Montgomery, Robertson, Davidson and Williamson Counties on State Routes in order to retrace pavement marking.
 
REGION 3 Relensing of Snowplowable Markers on various Interstate and State Routes
       Sunday September 20 through Wednesday September 23, 8PM-6AM, There will be mobile lane closures at the following locations in order to replace snowplowable markers.
    • Cheatham County: SR 12
    • Davidson County: I-40 (MM 213-223), I-24 (MM 40-46 and 53-64), I-65 (Demonbreun -90A and MM 96-98)
    • Rutherford County: I-24 (MM 70-78 and 81-89)
    • Wilson County   : I-40 (MM 223-250)
WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Concord Rd. from Sunset Rd. to Edmondson Pike
       Thursday September 17 through Wednesday September 23, 9AM-3PM, (excluding weekends), There will be alternating lane closures from Crockett Rd. to Sunset Rd. in order to clear the right of way. Flaggers will be utilized for this operation.
 
SMITH COUNTY - I-40 from SR 53 to the Putnam Co. line: (Recovery Act Project)
       Thursday September 17 through Wednesday September 23, 7PM-6AM,  One lane of I-40 eastbound and westbound will be closed in order to mill and pave the roadway. One lane will remain open in each direction.
 
DAVIDSON COUNTY, TDOT Maintenance:
Davidson County
       Thursday September 17 through Wednesday September 23, 9AM-3PM, There will be possible lane closures at various locations in Davidson County in order to patch potholes on an as needed basis.
       Thursday September 17 through Wednesday September 23, 9AM-3PM, There will be mobile operations in various locations in Davidson County for vegetation control. This will affect the shoulders or outside lanes.
       Thursday September 17 through Wednesday September 23, 9AM-3PM, There will be various lane closures on I-65 both directions between Dickerson Road and Trinity Lane to repair areas of the roadway.
       Thursday September 17 through Wednesday September 23, 9AM-3PM, Shoulder closures and possible lane closures on State Route 155 (Briley Pkwy.) both directions between State Route 12 (exit 24) and I-24 (exit 18) to clean under guardrail for drainage. One lane will remain open.
       Thursday September 17 and Friday September 18, 9AM-3PM, There will be one lane closed on 840 in both directions from I-65 to Arno Road for bridge approach work.  One lane will remain open in both directions.
Cheatham and Robertson Counties
       Thursday September 17 through Wednesday September 23, 8AM-4PM, (excluding weekends), There will be one lane periodically closed on I-24 eastbound and westbound in Cheatham and Robertson Counties between mile marker 23 and mile marker 28 in order to trim vegetation overhanging the roadway.  One lane will remain open. (Weather permitting)
Hickman County
       Thursday September 17 and Tuesday September 22, 8PM-5AM, Alternating lane closures I-40 eastbound and westbound between mile marker 162 and 163 for milling and paving ends of bridges. One lane will remain open. (Weather permitting)
Dickson County
       Tuesday September 22, 8PM-5AM, Alternating lane closures I-40 westbound between mile marker 175 and 177 for milling and paving end of bridge all four lanes. One lane will remain open. (Weather permitting)
 
THOMAS & ASSOCIATES: Thursday September 17 through Wednesday September 23, each day, 2PM, There will be rolling roadblocks on I-24 eastbound and westbound near Waldron Rd. (Exit 64) for blasting. Local police officers will be utilized for this operation.
 
DAVIDSON COUNTY, TDOT Utilities:  
       Tuesday September 16 through Thursday September 17,7PM-6AM, On SR-1 at 4328 Harding Pike, Davidson County.  This request by, IS Engineering, is for a 6" water service tap.   
       Friday September 18 and Monday September 21 through Friday September 25,9AM-3PM, On SR-254, Old Hickory Blvd. from Stone Brook Drive to Franklin Pike, Davidson County.  This request, from Nashville Electric service, is for replacements of poles and anchors, transferring line.  Various lane closures are expected throughout the day.
       Monday September 21 through Friday September 25,9AM-3PM, On SR-6, Franklin Road from Bradford Avenue for 3700' to Berry Road, Davidson County.  This request, by N.E.S. is for replacement of poles, anchors and conductor.  Various lane closures are expected throughout the day. 
       Sunday September 20, 7AM-9AM, On SR-155, Briley Parkway, at the Currey Road bridge overpass, Davidson County.  This request, by AT&T, is for adding a strand and fiber optic cable over Briley Parkway. Two (2) rolling stop blocks are expected. 
 
Motorists are encouraged to use caution and obey reduced speed limits in all TDOT work zones, regardless of lane closure activity.
