TDOT Seeks Public Input on Interstate 75 Corridor

NASHVILLE - The Tennessee Department of Transportation will hold a series of public meetings to discuss possible improvements to Interstate 75 between Chattanooga at the Georgia state line and Jellico at the Kentucky state line. The meetings are part of a continuing study of the 160-mile I-75 corridor, and will include a short presentation on the current status of the study and a discussion of possible solutions.
 
Three meetings will be held on separate dates and separate locations along I-75. Details are listed below for these meetings, all of which will take place from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.  The public is invited to ask questions and make comments during the meetings. The input gathered will be considered as potential improvements are further studied and prioritized.

The study will identify solutions to a variety of transportation challenges and provide a list of projects that can be considered by TDOT for the department's transportation improvement program as well as that of the various Metropolitan Planning Organizations and Rural Planning Organizations along the I-75 corridor.
