TDOT to hold Public Information Meetings on US-64 Rockslide Project

Chattanooga, Tenn. – The Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) will conduct two public information meetings on the US-64 rockslide mitigation project currently underway in Polk County. At each meeting a project update will be given, and representatives from TDOT and the contractor will be available to answer questions from the public about the project. The meetings will be held on the east and west ends of the project and will run from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. EST.
 
The dates and locations for these meetings are as follows:
 
Ducktown/Copper Basin area:
Tuesday, December 15
Copper Basin High School
300 Cougar Drive
Copperhill, TN 37317
 
Cleveland/Benton area:
Thursday, December 17
Polk County High School
7200 Hwy. 411 North
Benton, TN 37307
