ADVISORY: Governor's Highway Safety Office Announces No More on 64 Enforcement Mobilization

NASHVILLE – The Tennessee Governor’s Highway Safety Office will join local law enforcement officials Friday, December 19 to announce the largest concentrated enforcement effort ever conducted along U.S. Highway 64 in Tennessee. The effort, called No More on 64, aims to decrease the number of fatalities along the U.S. 64 corridor in Southeast Tennessee. U.S. 64 is a major East/West route through southern Tennessee. The No More on 64 effort will begin at the Tennessee/North Carolina state line in Polk County and will stretch through Franklin County. Fourteen law enforcement agencies will participate.
